MISSION STATEMENT

CHIROPRACTIC SCOPE OF PRACTICE

" 'Chiropractic' is defined to be the science, art and practice of palpating and adjusting the articulations of the human body by hand, the use of physiotherapy, hygienic, nutritive and sanitary measures and all methods of diagnosis."

CPBN FUNDING

The Chiropractic Physicians’ Board of Nevada is funded from fees collected from Chiropractic Physicians and Chiropractor’s Assistants. The Chiropractic Physicians’ Board of Nevada does not receive funds from the State General Fund.

Doctors of Chiropractic only, please take note:
1. Renewals will be available October 1, 2014.
2. Doctors of Chiropractic licenses must be renewed by December 31, 2014.
3. Your license number must total six characters (including the letter B). Insert the correct number of zeros after ‘B’ in order to ensure the correct license number.
  For Example, license number B802 must be entered as B00802. There should be no dashes
4. Your social security number MUST include the dashes between the correct digits.
5. If you are renewing your certificate for the first time you are not required to submit continuing education hours.
6. Continuing Education can now be submitted online using your personal dashboard account-accessible through the CPBN website.

Once renewals have opened, entry and submission of digital copies of CE certificates may be uploaded directly to your account-making it faster and more convenient for you during the renewal process.

7. Once you submit your payment and 36 hours of continuing education, your renewal card will be generated and mailed the Friday of that week.
